Assessments in the PICSWeb Portfolio for Employers Learner Summary
This guidance is for employer representatives using PICSWeb Portfolio. As this system can be customised by the training provider, you may not have access to all of the areas described in this help. Please ask the training provider if you are experiencing any issues with the system.
The Assessments tab in the Learner Summary shows any assessments that have been recorded or scheduled for the learner. For each assessment in the list, the following details are shown:
Title
Due date
Done date
Status
Filtering the Assessment List
The options to Search the assessment list and filter by Number of Records are available from above the list. Once you have entered the necessary details, press Enter or select the Search icon to run the search and apply your filters.
Exporting the Assessment List
Selecting More shows an option to Export to Excel. Selecting this will generate an Excel Spreadsheet containing the details currently displayed in the list.
