Progress Breakdown in the PICSWeb Portfolio for Learners

This guidance is for learners using PICSWeb Portfolio. As this system can be customised by your training provider, you may not have access to all of the areas described in this help. Please ask your training provider if you are experiencing any issues with the system.

The Progress Breakdown tab shows your progress through your programme at a glance.

The Progression bars show how far you have progressed through each item. Any green sections show Completed elements, with orange for In Progress elements and red for Overdue. The following items are used to calculate your progress:

  • Time on Programme – This shows how far through the duration of your programme you are.

  • Qualifications Progress – This shows the proportion of your qualifications that are Completed or In Progress.

  • Target/Skill Scan Competency – This shows the results of your most recent target/skills scan.

  • Components Progress – This shows the proportion of your components that are Completed or Overdue.

  • Reviews – This shows the proportion of your reviews that are Completed or Overdue.

  • Off the Job Hours – This shows how many off the job hours have been logged compared to the total amount that will make up your programme.

The diagram on the right compares your progression across all items.
