Target Scope in the PICSWeb Portfolio for Learners
This guidance is for learners using PICSWeb Portfolio. As this system can be customised by your training provider, you may not have access to all of the areas described in this help. Please ask your training provider if you are experiencing any issues with the system.
The Target Scope tab shows your progress through the Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours that make up your programme. Any Other items are also shown.
For each item in the list, the following details are shown:
Code
Title – Select this to open the corresponding Target Scope Summary.
Evidence Files – This shows how many files have been attached to the item as supporting evidence. Selecting this will take you to the Evidence tab in the Target Scope Summary.
Score – This shows the percentage progress recorded for the item in the most recent target/skills scan.
Filtering the List
The following options are available to control what information is shown in the tab. Once you have made any changes, select the Search icon to refresh the list.
Assessment Results – As scans can be filled out by yourself (the Learner), your Assessor or your Employer, this drop-down menu can be used to choose whose answers you want to display.
Compared To – Here you can choose whether the Latest answers are compared to the Initial Answers or Previous Answers in the diagrams.
Score – Here you can restrict which knowledge, skill and behaviour items are shown in the list by the Score they were given in the most recent scan. You can choose to show only items with a score of 0%, 1-99%, or 100%.
Has Evidence – Here you can restrict the knowledge, skill and behaviour items by whether or not they have an evidence file attached in support.
