Additional Details in the PICSWeb Qualification Summary

The Additional tab in the Qualification Summary shows any additional details that have been recorded for the qualification. Core qualification details can be viewed and edited by Editing the Qualification using the blue Edit button at the top of the page.

Open

Selecting the grey Edit button will open a window where you can edit additional data. The following values are available:

• Export in ILR as – Here you can search for a qualification code to use to represent the qualification in the ILR export.

• Weight – This is the percentage of the learner's overall progress that is derived from the qualification. This will affect the size of segment afforded to the qualification in the learner's Progress Chart. The weight must be entered as a value between 0 and 100.

• Required Evidence Score – This is the total score from evidence files that is needed before the qualification can be marked as Achieved.

• Occupational Area

• Sector Subject Area (SSA) 2019 code

• Sector Subject Area (SSA) 2018 code

• First Registration/Operational Date – Selecting this field will open a calendar date selector.

• Last Registration/Operational Date – Selecting this field will open a calendar date selector.

• Achievement Certification End – Selecting this field will open a calendar date selector.

• Section 96 Approval Start date – Selecting this field will open a calendar date selector.

• Section 96 Approval Review date – Selecting this field will open a calendar date selector.
