Workflows in PICSWeb allow you to set up custom statuses and status workflows for the following record types:

• Learners

• Applicants

• Organisations

• Opportunities

• Appointments

• Tasks

Once set up, records can be assigned to a certain workflow and transitioned through the available statuses.

You can view the current status of a record in their record summary. The  icon by the can then be selected to show the current workflow attached to the record.

Selecting Delivery > Workflows will open the workflow configuration page. This is made up of the following tabs:

• Workflows

• Applicant Statuses

• Learner Statuses

• Organisation Statuses

• Opportunity Statuses

• Appointment Statuses

• Task Statuses
