Creating a New Workflow in PICSWeb Configuration

Selecting Create in the Workflow List will open a window where you can enter a Title for the new workflow and choose whether it is for an Applicant, Learner, Organisation, Opportunity or Appointment.

Once you have entered the necessary details, select Save. This will add the new workflow to the list. You will then need to go to the Workflow Summary and set up the necessary status transitions, as explained in Transitions the in PICSWeb Workflow Summary.
