5. Assigning a Target Scan to an Applicant

Before reading this guidance, please ensure you have read and understood Assigning a Target to an Applicant.

To assign a target scan to an applicant selecting Add Scan in the Target Scans tab.

This will open a window where you can enter the following details for a new target scan:

  • Title

  • Users – Here you can specify who needs to complete the scan out of the Learner (Applicant), Training Adviser and Employer. Multiple people can be added in this field.

  • Due Date – Selecting this field will open a calendar date selector.

Once you have entered the necessary details, the following options are available:

  • Save – This will save the scan and return you to the target scans tab.

  • Save > Save and View Summary – This will save the target scan and take you to the Target Scan summary page.

Clicking the action icon (3 dots) against the now visible target scan will give you three options:

  • Summary - click this to view to target scan and give answers for this particular target scan.

  • Edit - Edit the target scan.

  • Delete - Delete the target scan.
