7. How Applicants Access / Complete Target Scans

Applicants can access assigned target scans by logging into their PICS Web User account.

If no account has been created for the applicant please refer to our guidance on 13. Advanced Features for Target Scans in Sign-up Forms to have applicant user accounts set up via the sign up process.

With the applicant logged in. The quick actions panel should detail an outstanding Target Scan for them to complete.

Clicking the Target/Skills Scan widget will open a modal details all available scans where answers can be given.

Clicking add answers will display all KSB’s and their relative questions. For each KSB, select the answer most applicable to your competency level and provide any further notes if relevant.

Once answers have been given to all questions in the Target scan, click save and your answers will be saved.

Accessing the scan from the Target Scan menu and selecting Summary will allow you to review this scan.
This will display the chart, giving a visual representation of the answers given. You can also click the Answers option to review all answers given in this scan.
