If a user has become locked out of their PICS account due to 2FA, you can manually reset their 2FA from their User Summary.
To do this, go to the User Details section and select the Reset icon by Two Factor Authentication.
This will open a window explaining how the reset process works. To reset the user’s 2FA, switch on Reset Two Factor Authentication and select Save.
The next time the user logs in, they will be able to set up a new 2FA system.
You can disable 2FA for your own account from the User Profile. To do this, go to the Two Factor Authentication section and select Disable Authenticator. This will deactivate any authenticator application you are currently using.
