Completing Surveys in PICSWeb

As well as Sending Surveys to recipients via email, it is also possible to fill in a survey yourself on behalf of a record. To do this, first make sure you choose Just Add Survey - Don’t Send Email when you are Adding the Survey to a record.

Open

Once added, select … > Enter Answers by the survey.

Open

This will open the survey for you to complete. Select Submit to add the answers to the Survey Responses tab.
