Target Scan Summary in the PICSWeb Portfolio for Learners

Target Scan Summary in the PICSWeb Portfolio for Learners

This guidance is for learners using PICSWeb Portfolio. As this system can be customised by your training provider, you may not have access to all of the areas described in this help. Please ask your training provider if you are experiencing any issues with the system.

Selecting … > Summary by a Target Scan will open the summary page for that scan.

The details box shows the following details for the scan:

  • Title

  • Status – This shows if the required sets of answers have been recorded for the scan.

  • Due date

  • Learner Completed – If you are required to complete the scan yourself, this will show whether your answers have been recorded yet.

Answers

This tab shows the answers that were recorded in the scan. These will be divided into your answers (the Learner), the Assessor’s answers and the Employer’s.

Answers can either be displayed in Charts or as a list of Answers. In the Answers view, for each scope item included in the scan, the Code, Title, Percentage Competency and any additional Notes will be displayed.

If you are required to complete the scan but have not yet submitted answers, a button to Add Answers will be displayed here. Selecting this will open a window where you can Complete the Target Scan.
