Creating a New User Defined Form in PICSWeb

Selecting Create in the User Defined Form List will open a window where you can enter the following details for the new form:

• Title

• Form For – Here you can choose which record types the form fields will be available for. You can add multiple record types from the search field and select X by any added fields to remove them.

Once you have entered the necessary details, select Save. This will add the new form to PICSWeb configuration and take you to the Form Builder, where you can attach and format the necessary user defined fields.
