User Defined Form Summary in PICSWeb Configuration
Selecting the ... icon next to a User Defined Form and selecting Summary will open the User Defined Form Summary page. The following details will be shown for the form:
Title
Form For – This shows what types of record will have the form fields available.
Status – This shows whether the form is Live, Dormant or Retired.
The following actions are available from the Actions button:
Edit – This will open the User Defined Form Builder for the form.
Clone – This will create a copy of the form and add it to the form list. You will be prompted to enter a new title for the cloned form.
Selecting Edit Questions will take you to the User Defined Form Builder.
The summary is divided into two tabs which display the following information:
Preview – In this tab you can view a preview of the form and access the User Defined Form Builder.
Locations and Visibility Restrictions – In this tab you can control where the form fields are available and restrict when they are shown.
Selecting Actions will show the following options for the form:
Edit – This will open the Edit Window for the form.
Clone – This will create a copy of the form and add it to the form list. You will be prompted to enter a new title for the cloned form.
