Enrolments in the PICSWeb Course Summary

The Enrolments tab in the Course Summary displays all the Learners or Applicants who have been enrolled onto the course. For each enrolment in the list, the following details are shown:

  • Record name

  • Enrolment Date

  • Start Date

  • End Date

  • Status

Filtering the Enrolment List

The following searching and filtering options are available by default above the list. Once you have entered the necessary details, press Enter or select the Search icon to run the search and apply your filters.

  • Sort By – Here you can use the drop-down menu to choose how the list is ordered.

  • Quick Enrolment Dates – These options filter by the overall date span of the enrolment, meaning that you can, for example, choose all Current enrolments.

  • Learner Search

  • Number of records displayed

Along with these, additional fields can be added by selecting More. Choosing a field will add it to the top bar, where it works like the filters explained above. The following fields are available:

  • Enrolment ID

  • Starts From

  • Ends Before

  • Enrolment Date

Exporting the Enrolment List

Selecting More also shows an option to Export to Excel. Selecting this will generate an Excel Spreadsheet containing the details currently displayed in the list.

Enrolment Actions

Selecting Create Enrolment will open the Batch Enrol window. Along with this, selecting the ... icon by an enrolment will show the following options:

  • Edit Enrolment – This will open the Edit Enrolment window.

  • Edit Attendance – This will open an Attendance Recording window where you can record attendance for every session for the enrolment.

  • Delete – You will be asked to confirm that you want to delete the enrolment record. Select Yes to confirm.
