Target Scans in the PICSWeb Portfolio for Employers Learner Summary

This guidance is for employer representatives using PICSWeb Portfolio. As this system can be customised by the training provider, you may not have access to all of the areas described in this help. Please ask the training provider if you are experiencing any issues with the system.
The Target Scans tab in the Learner Summary shows the results of any target scans taken during the learner’s programme. Target scans allow either the Learner, Assessor or Employer to measure their progress in the items that make up their Target.
For each scan, the following details are shown:
Title
Status
Due date
Done date
More information about the scan is available in the Target Scan Summary, which you can access by selecting … > Summary by a scan in the list. In here, you can also Complete the Target Scan if necessary.
Filtering the Scan List
The options to search the scan list by Title and by Number of Records are available from above the list. Once you have made your choices, press Enter or select the Search icon to run the search and apply your filters.
Exporting the Scan List
Selecting More shows an option to Export to Excel. Selecting this will generate an Excel Spreadsheet containing the details currently displayed in the list.
