Review Signing in PICSWeb Configuration
This feature is only available to users licensed for either PICS Portfolio or Form Capture.
The Signing tab in the Reviews section of Lists and Types Configuration is where you can configure the Signing Page for capturing your review signatures.
The signing page is divided into the following sections:
Welcome Text
Summary
Progress
Files
Actions
Notes
Signature
Footer
For each section, this tab shows whether the section has been set to be visible in the signing page and any custom text you have entered to be displayed before each section. The Summary, Notes and Signature sections will always be shown.
To edit the signing page, select Edit. This will open a window where you can configure the following areas:
Can Locally Sign – if this is switched on, PICSWeb users can enter signatures for reviews locally, without having to email them to the necessary signatories. This should only be used after first consulting with Pellcomp.
Default Required Signatures - if this is switched on, you’ll be asked to choose which users you wish to set their signature as being required.
Theme – Here you can choose a Guest Theme to apply to the page.
Welcome Text – Here you can enter text to appear at the beginning of the page. Various formatting options are available.
Before Summary – Here you can enter text to appear before the summary section of the page. Various formatting options are available.
Show Learner Reference Number
Show Date of Birth
Show Progress – If this is switched on, the progress section of the review will be visible.
Before Progress – Here you can enter text to appear before the progress section of the page. Various formatting options are available.
Show Files – If this is switched on, the files section of the review will be visible.
Before Files – Here you can enter text to appear before the files section of the page. Various formatting options are available.
Show Actions – If this is switched on, the actions section of the review will be visible.
Before Actions – Here you can enter text to appear before the actions section of the page. Various formatting options are available.
Before Notes – Here you can enter text to appear before the notes section of the page. Various formatting options are available.
Before Signature – Here you can enter text to appear before the signature section of the page. Various formatting options are available.
Footer – Here you can enter text to appear at the bottom of the page. Various formatting options are available.
Once you are finished, select Save to confirm your changes or Cancel to discard them.
