The free Lists and Types Course in our PICS Course Directory features a video guiding you through contact type configuration.
PICSWeb contains both default and user-defined Contact Types that are used to categorise the Contact and Learning Hours recorded for learners. Contact and learning hours can be viewed for each learner in their Delivery Plan.
