File Previewer in PICSWeb Configuration

The file previewer in PICSWeb allows you to preview certain file attachments without downloading them. The File Previewer page in List and Type Configuration allows you to configure which files are able to be previewed.

The page contains some information explaining what kinds of files can be previewed.

Selecting Settings will open a window where you can choose to enable Allow Microsoft Embed. If this is switched on, users will be able to preview Office documents, such as Word documents, Powerpoints and Excel spreadsheets.

Once you have made any changes to this setting, select Save to confirm your changes or Cancel to discard them.
