QAR Reconciliation in PICSWeb
QAR reconciliation allows providers to compare their PICS QAR data with the data supplied by the ESFA in the QAR Data Extract. The comparison is via a spreadsheet which shows all aims in the PICS and ESFA reports and highlights any missing aims or cases where there are differences in important fields.
The QAR Reconciliation Summary can be found in the Month End section of PICSWeb and is available to any user with the QAR Reconciliation User Permissions. This permission will need to be assigned by a Database Administrator user.
