Selecting Month End > QAR Reconciliation will open the QAR Reconciliation Summary. This page shows any previous QAR Reconciliation calculations that have taken place.

For each reconciliation in the list, the following details are shown:

• QAR Year

• UKPRN

• Report Type

• Last Run date and time

• Reconciliation Report – This is the report showing any differences identified between the ESFA QAR report and your PICS data. Selecting Download will save a copy of this report.

Filtering the Reconciliation List

The following searching and filtering options are available by default above the list. Once you have entered the necessary details, press Enter or select the Search icon to run the search and apply your filters.

• QAR Year

• UKPRN

• Number of Records shown

Exporting the Reconciliation List

Selecting More also shows an option to Export to Excel. Selecting this will generate an Excel Spreadsheet containing the details currently displayed in the list.

Reconciliation Actions

Selecting New Reconciliation will open a window where you can Create a New Reconciliation, using either a new or previously used QAR report.
