Selecting … > Summary by a scope item in the Scope tab in the Target Summary will open the scope item summary. This shows some information relating to the scope item and the Stages that have been set up to track a learner’s progression through the item.

Scope Details

The following details are shown for the scope item:

• Title

• Type – This indicates whether the item is a Knowledge, Skill, Behaviour or Other.

• Description – This will only be shown if a description has been entered when Editing the Scope Item.

Selecting Edit from the top-right corner of the page will open the Edit Window for the scope item.

Stages

The stages section shows how progression is measured for the scope item in a Target Scan. For each stage, the following details are shown:

• Title

• Value – This bar shows the percentage progress through the scope item. A green bar represents 100% completion of the item.

Exporting the Stage List

Selecting More shows an option to Export to Excel. Selecting this will generate an Excel Spreadsheet containing the details currently displayed in the list.

Creating a New Stage

Selecting Create Stage will open a window where you can enter the Title and Value (out of 100) for the stage. Once you have finished, select Save to add the new stage or Cancel to discard it.

Editing Stages

Selecting … > Edit by a stage will open a window where you can change the Title and Value for the stage. Once you have made your changes, select Save to confirm them or Cancel to discard them.

Deleting Stages

Selecting … > Delete by a stage in the list will remove the stage. You will be prompted to confirm before the stage is deleted.
