Scope in the PICSWeb Target Summary

Setting up and using scope items is explained in the Scope Items in PICSWeb Configuration help section.

The Scope tab in the Target Summary lists the scope items that make up the target. These items represent the Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours that are required for the programme, as well as any Other items.

For each scope item, the Code (indicating the type and number of each item) is shown along with the Title.

Exporting the Scope List

Selecting More shows an option to Export to Excel. Selecting this will generate an Excel Spreadsheet containing the details currently displayed in the list.

Scope Actions

Selecting Create Scope will open a window where you can Create a New Scope Item for the target.

Selecting the … icon by a scope item in the list will show the following options:

  • Summary – This will open the corresponding Scope Item Summary.

  • Edit – This will open a window where you can Edit the Scope Item.

  • Delete – You will be prompted to confirm before the scope item is deleted.
