PICS System Requirements

For the best user experience, we recommend that you use PICS on a laptop or desktop computer with a reasonably sized screen. You will not be able to use the main PICS login on a tablet or mobile device.

PICS can only be accessed using the following browsers:

• Google Chrome

• Mozilla Firefox

• Microsoft Edge (Latest version only)

You will also need to configure the following in your browser:

• Cookies must be enabled

• Javascript must be enabled

• You should not be using PICS through a VPN or proxy server

• If learners are using mobile devices for learner logins, the necessary permissions for PICS to function will need to be allowed.

We also recommend that you have MS Office installed on the device you use to access PICS. You will need Microsoft Word to create form templates, and other Office products may be needed to preview files within PICS.
