We will carry over your existing user accounts in Desktop PICS over to PICSWeb when the data migration occurs. However, there are a few things that we recommend you ensure in desktop so that your accounts are optimised for PICSWeb use:
Each user account will need to be linked to an Officer record.
An email address will need to be recorded for the user in User Details – This will be used to help the user reset their password and for other account issues.
An email address will also need to be recorded in the Officer Details page in the Officer record – This will be used to inform the user of new reports and other workspace notifications.
