Setting Up Your Desktop User Accounts for PICSWeb

We will carry over your existing user accounts in Desktop PICS over to PICSWeb when the data migration occurs. However, there are a few things that we recommend you ensure in desktop so that your accounts are optimised for PICSWeb use:

  • Each user account will need to be linked to an Officer record.

  • An email address will need to be recorded for the user in User Details – This will be used to help the user reset their password and for other account issues.

  • An email address will also need to be recorded in the Officer Details page in the Officer record – This will be used to inform the user of new reports and other workspace notifications.
