Validated Target Scans for RPL

As part of the RPL Calculator, we’ve introduced a means for Assessors to validate target scans answers from different users, allowing assessors to create a accurate record of an applicants prior learning and competency.
Once target Scan Answers have been given by the assigned users, clicking the Validated Answers tab will enable you to begin the process.
A new modal will surface, containing a matrix view of all answers given from users selected in the chosen Skills Scan.
From this modal, Assessors are able to select the appropriate answer from the different users to provide a more accurate picture of the applicants prior knowledge
Any Answers that match across the different parties will automatically be validated.
To select an answer submitted by a relevant party, simply place a tick against that parties answer that corresponds to relevant Knowledge, Skill or Behaviour within the Target Scan. In addition to this, Assessors are also able to provide notes against their chosen Target Scan answer to justify their selection.
With all answers selected. The Assessor is then able to save their choices and create a Validated Target Scan.
This is done by clicking the Save button located at the bottom of the page.
Please be aware that once a Validated Target Scan has been linked in the RPL page, Target Scan Answers will not be able to be edited.
