Creating a New Template in PICSWeb Configuration

Selecting Create in the Template List will first open a window where you can enter the following details:

• Name

• Type – Here you can choose whether the template is used for Appointments, Calls or Tasks.

• For – Here you can choose whether users can use this template when creating records for Learners, Applicants or Officers.

Once you have entered these details, select Save to save the template and progress to the Edit Window, where you can enter further details specific to the template Type.
