Creating an ESF Supplementary Data Export in PICSWeb

This area is only available to users with the ESF Contract Manager licence.

Once you have recorded all the necessary Supplement Items in the ESF Contracting Summary, you can create the export file that will be submitted to the ESFA along with the ILR.

To do this, select Actions > Create Supplementary Data Export from the top-right corner of the ESF Contracting Summary.

This will open a window where you can specify which UKPRN and ESF Contract Number you want to create the export for.

After making your choices, select Export to generate the export file. Once the file is ready, you will be shown a confirmation message and a link to Download the file.

We recommend submitting this original file to the ESFA, as if you open and save the file in Excel some formatting may be changed.
