Officer can be imported as part of Learner, Applicant and Organisation Imports. The officer can be specified either as a PICS Officer Code or as a Name.
If the Officer code is specified and found in PICS it will be used.
If the Officer code is not specified or not found but the Full name or Surname and First names are specified any matching Officer will be used or a new Officer record created.
The Import field for the Officer code can be suffixed with the fieldnames below.
