Selecting the ... icon next to an Import and selecting Summary will open the Import Summary page. The following details will be shown for the import:

• ID Code

• Type – This indicates the type of record that can be created from the import file.

• Date and time of upload

• Status – This indicates which stage of the import process has been reached. The following statuses are available:

  • Pending – This means that the data for an individual record has been imported, but you still need to Create the Record.

  • Complete – This means that either an individual or multiple records have been created from the import file.

• Source – This indicates where the import file was uploaded.

• Username – This is the PICSWeb User who uploaded or generated the file.

The rest of the page lists the data fields found in the import file. The Import Field name is shown along with the Value that has been entered in the field.

Import Summary Actions

If an import is Pending or Incomplete, a Create Record button will be available in the top-right corner of the page. You can select this to open a window where you can Create a Record from the import file.

If the import is for an individual record and is Complete, a Reimport button will be available in the top-right corner of the page. You can select this to open a window to Create a Record again from the same import file data.
