User Defined Fields in PICSWeb Imports
Importing data into User Defined Fields is available for the main import types. The specification page will indicate if it is supported for a given import type.
To specify a field can be imported it must first be assigned a Unique Field Name within its User Defined Form, which you can add by Editing the UDF.
For example, the two screenshots below show two user defined fields. The first is a string field with the unique field name set to THENOTE.
The second is a date field with the unique field name set to THEDATE.
Once this has been done, you will be able to include columns in your import data in the format below.
