Selecting … > Summary by a component in the Delivery Model Summary will open the corresponding component summary. This shows some details for the component and the necessary resources.

Component Details

The following details are shown for the component:

• Stage – This indicates whether the component is part of the In Learning, Gateway, or End Point Assessment stage of the programme.

• Title

• Type – This indicates what aspect of delivery is represented by the component. The available types are explained in Delivery Component Types. Another type field is also shown here, showing further detail relating to the type.

• When – This indicates how long after the programme start the component begins and for how long it lasts.

• Mandatory – This indicates whether the component is Mandatory for all learners on the delivery model.

Selecting Edit from the top-right corner of the page will open the Edit Window for the component, where you can edit the above details.

Component Summary Tabs

The following tabs are also available in the component summary:

• Target Scope – This tab shows any Scope Items linked to the component.

• Course Documents – This tab lists the resources necessary for the component.
