Selecting Opportunities from the side menu will open the Opportunity List. This page displays all the business opportunities that you are permitted to view and that match the filters set above the list.
Opportunity List
The opportunity list displays any opportunities that match the filters set above the list. For each opportunity, the following details are shown:

Tags – Selecting the tag icon will expand a list of Tags attached to the opportunity. You can select the X within a tag to remove it, or select the + icon to add new tags.

Filtering the List
The following searching and filtering options are available by default above the list. Once you have entered the necessary details, press Enter or select the  icon to run the search and apply your filters.
Table/Board – Here you can change the format of the opportunity list. Table view is the default and works like the other list pages in PICSWeb. Board view is explained below.
Sort By – Here you can use the drop-down menu to choose how the list is ordered.
Search – Here you can search by opportunity title.
Tags – Selecting the Search... box will open a drop-down menu where you can add multiple Tags to search by. The following search options are available:
Any – This will filter the list to records that contain at least one of the specified tags.
All – This will filter the list to records that contain every specified tag.
None – This will filter the list to records that do not have any of the specified tags.
Active records only - This will filter the list to records that either do not have a 'Closed date' recorded or records that were closed within the last 14 days.
Number of records – Here you can use the drop-down menu to choose how many results are displayed per page.
Along with these, additional fields can be added by selecting More. Choosing a field will add it to the top bar, where it works like the filters explained above. The following fields are available:

Exporting the List
Selecting More also shows an option to Export to Excel. Selecting this will generate an Excel Spreadsheet containing the details currently displayed in the list.
Opportunity Board View
Choosing Board from the Table/Board drop-down menu above the list, then selecting the Search icon, will change the view to board view. This view is intended for tracking opportunities through your pipeline. Rather than being displayed in a list, opportunities in the board are grouped by status.
The same filtering options are available above the board. You can select the opportunity Title to go to the corresponding Opportunity Summary, or select the ... icon to show the opportunity actions explained below. To move opportunities between statuses, you will need to go to the Summary and choose a new status from the drop-down menu.
Opportunity Actions
The tickboxes to the left of each opportunity in the list can be used to Bulk Update Opportunities. The tickbox at the top of the list can be used to select or deselect all currently displayed opportunities.
Selecting Create from the top-right of the page will open a window where you can Create a New Opportunity.
Selecting the ... icon by an opportunity in the list will open a menu with the following options:
Summary – This will open the Opportunity Summary in a new page.
Edit – This will open a window where you can Edit the Opportunity.
Delete – You will be prompted to confirm that you want to delete the opportunity.
