Bulk Updating Opportunities in PICSWeb

Some opportunity details can be updated in bulk from the Opportunity List. To do this, use the tickboxes at the left of the list to select the opportunities you want to update. The tickbox at the top of the list can be used to select or deselect all opportunities in the current list.
An option to Update All will appear after you have ticked at least one opportunity. Selecting this will open a window where you can edit the following details. Before you can edit a field, you will need to tick the box to the left of the field to confirm that you want to edit it. Once you have made your changes, select Save to confirm them or Cancel to discard them.
Add Tags – Here you can search for Tags to add to the opportunities. Selecting the X by any tag added to this field will remove it.
Remove Tags – Here you can search for Tags to remove from any opportunities that have them added. Selecting the X by any tag added to this field will remove it.
Status – This will only be available if all selected records have the same Workflow Status Transitions available to them.
