Editing Rooms in PICSWeb

Either selecting ... > Edit by a room in the Room List, or selecting Edit from the top-right corner of the Room Summary, will open the Edit Room window. This window contains the following fields to edit:

  • Room Code

  • Name

  • Number of Seats

  • Site – Selecting this field will open a drop-down menu containing the Sites you have set up in PICS basedata. You can search this list using the field at the top.

  • Status – This can be either Live or Dormant.

Once you have made your changes, select Save to apply them and return to the previous page.
