Field Labels in PICS Learner Section Configuration

The Field Labels tab in Learner Section Configuration allows you to rename certain entities in PICS to match the terms used by your organisation. The system name for each entity is shown in bold with your custom name underneath. The following entities are available to rename:

  • Learner – This will control what name is used to refer to your Learner Records throughout PICSWeb.

  • Provider Assigned ID – This field is held in the learner record and can be entered when Editing the Learner.

  • Custom Provision 1 – This is a Type used to categorise Provisions held against a learner.

  • Custom Provision 2 – This is a Type used to categorise Provisions held against a learner.

  • Custom Provision 3 – This is a Type used to categorise Provisions held against a learner.

 To change any names, select Settings and enter your new ones. Once you have finished, select Save to confirm your changes or Cancel to discard them.
