Validation in PICS Learner Section Configuration

The Validation tab in Learner Section Configuration contains the following settings for Learner Validation:

• Error level for blank Contact Methods – This controls whether an Error, Warning, or No message is shown if the Contact Method fields in a learner record are left blank. If an Error message is received, a learner will not be able to pass validation.

• Error level for Job Validation – This controls whether an Error, Warning, or No message is shown if any issues are identified with an employability participant’s Job record. If an Error message is received, a participant will not be able to pass validation.

To make any changes, select Settings. Once you have finished, select Save to confirm your changes or Cancel to discard them.
