WebForm Settings in PICSWeb

More settings for WebForms are covered in the following locations:

Selecting Actions > Settings from the WebForm List will open a window where you can edit the following details:

  • Remote Fill Theme – Here you can choose a Remote Fill Theme for your WebForms when they are send for remote fill and sign.

  • Send Email Notifications to Owners – If this is switched on, Form Owners will be emailed as their form is processed.

  • Force Form Validation on Local Save – If this is switched on, when a form is Filled and Signed it will need to be validated before it can be Saved. This will ensure that any local signatories have completed their mandatory fields before their signature is saved.

  • Notify Rejected Signatories – If this is switched on, when a form is Rejected, signatories will be notified by email.

  • Send Completed Form to Signatories – If this is switched on, once a form has been Approved, all signatories will be sent an email with a link to view and download the completed form.

  • Import UDF Answers – If this is switched on, all UDF fields in Learner File, Applicant File, Organisation File and Learner Change Request forms will update the corresponding fields automatically once the form is Approved. This option is switched off by default - we recommend that you only switch it on if you are sure that you want these fields to automatically update.

Once you have made your changes, select Save to confirm them or Cancel to discard them.
