Payment Profiles in PICSWeb Configuration

Applying payment profiles to learners is explained in the Payment Records in the ILR Summary page.

In PICSWeb List and Type Configuration, you can set up Payment Profiles to add a scheduled group of Payment Records to a learner.

Selecting Lists and Types > Payments > Payment Profiles from the side menu will open a page showing any payment profiles that have already been set up. For each profile, the following details are shown:

  • Name

  • Status – This indicates whether the profile is Live or Dormant.

Filtering the List

The option to search by ID and Name and filter by Status and Number of Records shown are available by default above the list. Once you have entered the necessary details, press Enter or select the Search icon to run the search and apply your filters.

Exporting the List

Selecting More shows an option to Export to Excel. Selecting this will generate an Excel Spreadsheet containing the details currently displayed in the list.

Creating a New Payment Profile

Selecting Create will open a window where you can enter the Name for the new payment profile.

Once you have finished, select Save to add the new profile or Cancel to discard it. You can also select Save > Save and View Summary to open the new Payment Profile Summary, where you can add items to the profile.

Payment Profile Actions

The following actions are also available from the payment profiles tab:

  • Summary – Selecting … > Summary by a profile in the list will open the Payment Profile Summary, where you can add items to the profile.

  • Edit – Selecting ... > Edit by a profile in the list will open a window where you can edit the Name and Status. Once you have made any changes, select Save to confirm them.

  • Delete – Selecting ... > Delete by a profile in the list will delete it. This should only be done for profiles entered in error. For a profile that has been used, you should instead set the status to Dormant. You will be asked to confirm before you delete the record.
