The Delivery Models tab in the Target Summary lists the different delivery models that are available for learners linked to the target. These models are used to automate and schedule various aspects of the learner’s Delivery Plan.

For each delivery model, the following details are shown:

• Title

• Available From date

• Available To date

• Status – This indicates whether the model is Live or Dormant. Only live models can be linked to learners.

Filtering the Model List

The options to search the list by Title and filter by Status and Number of Records are available from above the list. Once you have entered the necessary details, press Enter or select the Search icon to run the search and apply your filters.

Exporting the Model List

Selecting More shows an option to Export to Excel. Selecting this will generate an Excel Spreadsheet containing the details currently displayed in the list.

Model Actions

Selecting Create Delivery Model will open a window where you can Create a New Delivery Model for the target.

Selecting the … icon by a delivery model in the list will show the following options:

• Summary – This will open the corresponding Delivery Model Summary.

• Edit – This will open a window where you can Edit the Delivery Model.

• Delete – You will be prompted to confirm before the delivery model is deleted. This should only be done for models entered in error. Any models that have already been linked to learners but are no longer in use should instead by set to Dormant.
