Transferring an FCA Form to WebForms in PICSWeb

The WebForm Builder allows you to transfer the custom data fields from old FCA Forms into a new WebForm. To do this, you will first need to specify which old form you want to import in the Import Form drop-down menu in the New WebForm window.

Once you have selected Save and created the form, all custom fields added to the original form will be available to add to the new form in the Form Builder.

Each custom field will have FCA added to its name. To find these fields, enter FCA into the Import Fields search bar. All the custom fields transferred over will be available to add to the new form.
