Workflow Summary in PICSWeb Configuration

Selecting the ... icon next to a Workflow and selecting Summary will open the Workflow Summary page. The following details will be shown for the workflow:

• ID Code

• Type – This indicates the type of record that can be linked to the workflow.

• Title

Open

Selecting Edit from the top-right corner of the page will open a window where you can change the workflow Title. Once you have made your change, select Save to edit it or Cancel to discard it.

The rest of the page displays the transitions that make up the workflow. Selecting View Diagram will show the transitions in flowchart form. Setting up and editing transitions is explained in Transitions the in PICSWeb Workflow Summary.
