Signatures in the PICSWeb Portfolio Evidence Summary

This section is only available if you have the eAssessor licence for PICSWeb Portfolio.

The Signatures tab in the Evidence Summary displays any signatures that are required or have been recorded against the evidence file.

For each signature, the following details are shown:

  • User – This is the name of the PICSWeb user whose signature is required.

  • Requested Date and Time

  • Completed Date and Time

Exporting the Signature List

Selecting More shows an option to Export to Excel. Selecting this will generate an Excel Spreadsheet containing the details currently displayed in the list.

Editing Signature Requirements

Selecting Edit will open a window showing all the users that are linked to the evidence file. This will include the learner the evidence was uploaded against and the Officer named in the Evidence Edit Window.

For each signature, the following details are shown:

  • Who

  • Status – If the signature has not been recorded, you can use the drop-down menu here to choose whether the signature is Required or Not Required. Any Required signatures will then be shown on the signature list. If the signature has already been recorded, the status will be set to Signed.

  • Signed Date and Time

Once you have made any changes, select Save to confirm them or Cancel to discard them.

Signature Preview

Selecting the icon by a signature will give you the option to open the Signature Preview. Here you can view additional signature details and Complete the Signature.
