Signature Preview in PICSWeb

This section is only available if you have the eAssessor licence for PICSWeb Portfolio.
Selecting the … icon by a signature will give you the option to open the Preview window. This displays some additional details relating to the signature. This window is also where you can Complete the Signature.

The following details are shown for the signature:
User
Type – This indicates what kind of record the signature will be recorded against.
Details – This includes the title of the evidence file, learner name, and uploaded date.
Requested Date and Time
Completed – If the signature has not been recorded, and the required PICSWeb user for the signature is viewing the signature preview, they will be able to complete the signature here as explained below.
Depending on what kind of record the signature is attached to, further details for the evidence file or review will also be available in this window.
