The Recent Activity tab in the Appointment Summary shows changes made to the appointment within the chosen date range. Where applicable, a link to relevant attachments or records will be available in the change log.

The following date ranges are available:

• Today

• Last Week

• Last Month

• Last 3 Months

• Last 6 Months

• Last Year

Viewing Full Change Logs

A more detailed view can be shown by selecting View Full Change Logs. This list shows every change that has been made by users to data fields within the appointment record. For each change, the following details are shown:

• Change Date

• Changed By – Selecting this will take you to the corresponding User Summary.

• Change Type

• Table Name

• Field Name

• Old Value

• New Value

• Additional Key
