PICS Side Menu

The side menu is divided into three sections: Workspace, Sections, and Configuration. The links available here will depend on your licences and User Permissions.

Recent Records

The links in this section show the different records that you have accessed recently in PICS.

Workspace

The pages in this section relate to administrative features for your user account and linked officer record.

  • Home – Selecting this will take you to the PICS Home Screen. This is the page you will be taken to after Logging In.

  • Dashboards – Selecting this will take you to the PICS Dashboard List. This page displays any custom dashboards you have set up.

  • Calendar – Selecting this will take you to the PICS Calendar. This page displays appointments linked to yours and other officer records.

  • Tasks – Selecting this will take you to the PICS Tasks Page. You can use this page to schedule and track tasks.

  • Communications – Selecting this will take you to the PICS Communications Page. You can use this page to log your emails and calls.

  • Month End – Selecting this will display a link to the PICS ILR Exporter. You can use this page to produce monthly ILR export files.

  • Reports – Selecting this will take you to the Report Downloads Page. You can use this page to view any generated Reports.

Sections

The pages in this section cover the various data tables stored in PICS.

Configuration

The pages in this section allow you to customise and configure PICS use and features. Only users with Database Administrator permissions will be able to access this section.
