A Qualification Plan can be used to attach certain qualifications and other elements to a New Learner or New Applicant by default. As well as this, various ILR fields can be completed by default when a qualification plan is chosen. A robust qualification plan setup in your PICSWeb configuration will ensure that your data entry is efficient and consistent across your learner records.
