Selecting the ... icon next to a Course Type and selecting Summary will open the Course Type Summary page.

Course Type Details

The following details are shown for the course type, though fields will not be shown for details that have not been recorded when Editing the Course Type.

• ID

• Code

• Name

• Organiser

• Qualification Plan

• Qualification

• Unit

• Notes

• Status – This will be either Live or Dormant.

Sites

If the Course Type is restricted to certain Sites, the sites that it is available for will be shown in the Sites list. For each available site, the Code and Name will be shown.

If there are no restrictions, this list will display a message instead.

Selecting Actions > Edit Sites will allow you to Edit the Site Restrictions for the Course Type.
