As well as the general /wiki/spaces/POH/pages/501743716, we also recommend that your IT team is aware of the following information regarding our hosting environment:

  • The hosting environment is a mixture of Remote Desktop over RD Gateway using TCP 443 and web over HTTPS which also uses TCP 443.
  • Our current hosting IP ranges are: 31.28.78.32/28 and 146.101.18.32/28.
  • We recommend excluding Pellcomp's IP addresses or *.pellcomp.net from any deep packet inspection on your corporate Firewalls / Web Proxy network appliances.
