We run a live status page for both the Skills and DWP hosting portals, where you can check if there are any issues with the hosting service. This page is found at https://pellcomphosting.statuspage.io/.

The banner at the top of the page indicates the current overall status. You can select the + icons by either Skills Hosting or DWP Hosting for further details on each hosting service. A Past Incidents log is also available underneath the current status to view any past issues.

Subscribing to Status Updates

We recommend that you subscribe to status updates from this page so that you will be informed as soon as there are any issues with the hosting service. To do this, select Subscribe to Updates. 

In the window that opens, tabs are available to set up a subscription through Email, Slack, Atom or RSS feed. Once you have set this up, you will receive a message whenever an incident is Created, Updated or Resolved.
