Notes in the PICSWeb Appointment Summary

The Notes tab in the Appointment Summary displays any notes recorded for the appointment. For each note, the following details are shown:

  • The display icon of the officer who recorded the notes.

  • Title

  • Date and Time

  • Is New – This flag will be displayed if the note has been added recently.

  • Note text

Filtering the Notes List

The following searching and filtering options are available by default above the list. Once you have entered the necessary details, press Enter or select the Search icon to run the search and apply your filters.

  • Title/Note text search

  • Number of notes displayed

Exporting the Notes List

Selecting More shows an option to Export to Excel. Selecting this will generate an Excel Spreadsheet containing the details currently displayed in the list.

Recording Notes

Selecting Add Note will open the Add Note window. Here you can enter the Title and text for your note. Once you have recorded the note, select Save to add it to the appointment or Cancel to discard it.

Editing Notes

Selecting the icon by a note will show the option to Edit the note. In the window that opens, you can amend the Title and note text. Once you have made your changes, select Save to add them or Cancel to discard them.

 

Note Actions

Selecting the ... icon by a note will also show the option to Delete the note. You will be prompted to confirm before the note is deleted.
